InstantVPN (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the InstantVPN iOS application and website (collectively, the “Service”).

We operate a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect, store, or share:

• Your browsing history or DNS queries
• Your IP address while connected to the VPN
• Connection timestamps or session duration
• Bandwidth usage per user
• Any data you transmit through our VPN servers

Your online activity is entirely private.

To provide the Service, we may collect minimal, non-identifying information:

• Account data (Premium users): email address used for Apple ID sign-in or in-app purchase validation. This is required to manage your subscription.
• Crash reports: anonymized diagnostic data to improve app stability. This is collected only if you have enabled “Share iPhone Analytics” in iOS Settings.
• Aggregate metrics: total number of active connections per server region (no individual attribution). Used for capacity planning.

We use the minimal information we collect solely to:

• Provide and maintain the VPN service
• Process and validate your subscription
• Improve app performance and stability
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

All data in transit between your device and our servers is encrypted using the WireGuard protocol (ChaCha20-Poly1305 cipher). Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS with strict access controls, VPC isolation, and regular security audits.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment card information. Apple's privacy policy governs the payment transaction.

InstantVPN is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
