Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → InstantVPN → Cancel Subscription. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Try these steps: (1) Toggle Airplane Mode on and off to reset your network. (2) Switch to a different server location. (3) Restart the InstantVPN app. (4) Restart your iPhone. (5) Check that VPN permissions are enabled in Settings → VPN & Device Management. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
