By downloading, installing, or using the InstantVPN application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

InstantVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers. The Service is available as a free tier and a Premium subscription tier via the Apple App Store.

You agree to use InstantVPN only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity under applicable laws
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The free plan provides limited server access and monthly data. The Premium plan, available as a monthly or annual in-app purchase, provides unlimited bandwidth, access to all server locations, and additional features.

All subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InstantVPN and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Service operator.
